Events for January 2025

Our Non Performance Workshop Company (on-going since January, 2004) has been continuously exploring and refining ways of seeing each other and ways of retaining the integrity, sense of privacy, authenticity and purity of our dance, while we are being seen. As you can imagine, this has profound application to living life honestly and out loud (or quiet).

Bruce Lee said “freedom discovers you the moment you lose concern over what impression you are making or about to make.”

Deepen your PRACTICE while profoundly affecting others. Allowing our Selves to be seen is an ancient and selfless form of SERVICE.

We work individually, with partners, in smaller and larger groups, exploring the “space between”: where magic beyond our Selves occurs. 

The workshop is created to provide a space that feels safe enough and inspiring enough to allow whatever is True to move through the body(s). By practicing in this hybrid womb of support, participants are able to negotiate a large degree of this Relief and Authenticity into any and all other aspects of their lives.

The  dates for our next round are:
November 12, December 10, January 14, February 11, March 11, April 8 (with a 3 PM Non-Performance).
We meet on Saturday afternoons 12:30-5:30 p.m. at Highways.

It is requested that, as far as you know, you be available to attend all, or at least 5 of the 6 of these dates.  We also ask that you be able to arrive before or by the starting time of 12:30 p.m. on the days that we meet.  For the second half of the sixth meeting we invite others to participate in our practice as witnesses.  We invite them to see us not perform.

The cost is $360.00.

Half of that ($180) is requested the first workshop meeting, the second half the second workshop meeting.
