Including movement immersions, invited solo, partner, and group processes, reflective witnessing, writing, and council-style sharing.

The weekend is born out of deep desire to take time (these things take time) to identify and name the life affirming, and perhaps life-saving skills we have been cultivating through our various movement practices for decades.

No previous dance experience necessary.

Full Price (Friday – Sunday): $249
I am comfortably able to meet all my basic needs, I am employed or do not need to work. I have access to financial savings and have an expendable income. I may struggle at times, but overall, I feel financially comfortable.

Partial Discount (Friday – Sunday): $212 DISCOUNT 15%
I may stress about meeting my basic needs, but still regularly achieve them, I may have some debt, but it does not prohibit attainment of basic needs. I may have access to financial savings and have some expendable income.

Full Discount (Friday – Sunday): $175  DISCOUNT 30%
I frequently stress about meeting my basic need and have some debt. I am unemployed or underemployed without access to savings and have no or very limited expendable income, yet doing this workshop will be very important to me.

A weekend of moving with what tenders us, and sharing our resiliency in a loving space of mindful exploration

​As deep as you are willing and as free as you are intending, we feel the call to meet as we move into these times, engaged, wondrously messy in the honest realm of the heart.

There has been much in the world that calls us … meeting that call in an engaged and authentic way that supports our selves, our family and community is a process.  I can choose to turn away, turn in, distract and distance. I can let my feelings rearrange me, and navigate this time separately, and I can grow from each of these experiences. Yet the depth of change that is being invited seems a call for connection, a place of recognizing ourselves in relationship to more than the goal of getting through, but the practice of meeting that which alone may seem insurmountable, but in collaboration may become true alignment and community. 

We’ve been immersed in powerful and overwhelming changes in our environment, and the call for connection is stronger than ever. We can continue to meet these extraordinary situations with allies, support, connection and feel capable of moving forward together, resourced and empowered with the workshop we are offering.

This is a multi layered workshop that invites us to be seen and felt as we fully show up. 

Intention to continue this in an ongoing way following the weekend, for integration and support of the work shared. 

We’ll be meeting Friday evening 7-10, Saturday 1-7 and Sunday 1:30 – 7 afternoons. Some snacks will be served during the days. You may also bring what you need for nourishment.    ​​

Jo and Fred have been offering Dancing Mystery Lodge sessions for over 2 years and are excited to share their perceptions and practices with you. 

This is drawing from Fred’s work for decades in Medicine Dance, and Jo’s work in 5Rhythms, Open Floor and other modalities. We’ve been moved by the immensity of transformation occurring in the world and in our local communities and among friends.  This is a response from our hearts to yours.
